Night 2 Features:


“Maha-Unplugged"




An evening of acoustic interpretations of Mahavishnu classics by the members of the Mahavishnu Project, plus special Middle Eastern interpretations featuring oud, kanoon, and dumbeg, by Ara Dinkjian of Night Ark and friends.


 


The Mahavishnu Project features drummer Gregg Bendian [Pat Metheny/Ornette Coleman], keyboardist Steve Hunt [Billy Cobham/Allan Holdsworth], guitarist Rocco Zifarelli [Kenny Kirkland/Bobby Mintzer], violinist Rob Thomas [Tito Puente/Andy Summers] and bassist Chris Tarry [John Scofield/Metalwood].
